Ben has been very active in the community through the Andreas Foundation.He makes sure that funds are properly distributed to those in need, primarily focusing in the Decatur area, where he was born and raised. He subsequently joined United Conveyor Corporation (UCC) in 1985.

Randy and his wife, Sharon, have a daughter and son.

Megan currently resides in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Randy is an avid golfer and an advocate of plant conservation in the Nebraska area.

He serves on the Omaha Country Club Board of Directors and is President of the Board of Directors of Lauritzen Gardens, which is Omaha’s Botanical Garden.

UCC, located in Waukegan, Illinois, has a long history of engineering and supplying ash handling systems for coal fired electric utility plants around the world.

In 2015, UCC changed its name to United Generations, LLC.

Randell Blackburn Randy grew up in southern Illinois and moved to St.

Louis in 1974 after graduating from Millikin with a degree in biology.

He previously served on the University of Illinois’ Allerton Park Policy & Advisory Board. of Illinois President’s Council and Millikin’s Investors Society and has served on search committees for the University of Illinois and as a career connections volunteer.

Phil lives in Monticello, where he was Mayor from 1981 to 1989.

Doug is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization, Vistage, Chicago Council on Foreign Relations, National Mining Association, and on the Biological Sciences Visiting Committee for the University of Chicago Hospital.
